Hello! I am the mother elephant you can see in this picture and today I went to drink at the waterhole I found a nasty surprise . I just put my trunk in for a drink and then that nasty crock tried to eat me . I tried to call my heard, I really did . However no luck . So now I had to fight him off myself. My calf hid behind me because I did not want him to be eaten. I was afraid and alone but atleast my trunk came in handy because it has 100,000 muscles in it. So, I knocked him off and me and my calf ran away to our herd.
